CAL OSHA review (one year later) of Heat Illness Prevention Program in Indoor Places of Employment Title 8 CCR 3396
This 1 year old standard applies to all indoor work areas where the temperature, the ambient temperature and/or heat index exceeds 82 degrees Fahrenheit.
**Went into effect on July 23, 2024**
