December 7th Bright Design Challenge

The Metal Finishing Association of Southern California recently awarded $20,000 in scholarships to the winners of the Bright Design Challenge. This program is sponsored by the California Associations for Metal Finishing and NASF,  the National Association for Surface Finishing. The program at the Art Center of Design in Pasadena encourages students to incorporate surface finishing into new and innovative products. The contest began last Fall when students toured member metal finishing shops and began to work on new and creative concepts. MFASC is proud to have completed its eighth year of sponsoring this important program.
