GIR UPDATE

On July 1st the DTSC has approved part of the Federal Generator Improvement Rule governing Hazardous Waste Generator Facilities. There are going to be new uploads into CERS that are going to need to be prepared along with your annual CERS submittals.

The Zoom seminar will help those at your facility to who make the CERS submittals understand what will be due and what to expect your CUPA inspector to want to see next year, not only in CERS but when they inspect you.
