2022 FORM R REPORTING
TOXIC CHEMICAL RELEASE INVENTORY (FORM R)

Who has to submit this report?

· Facilities that have TEN or more full-time employees.
· Facilities that manufacture or process (25,000 lbs), otherwise use (10,000 lbs) any EPCRA section 313 chemicals in quantities greater than the established threshold.
· Don’t forget the lead 100 lbs.

Even if you are below the reporting thresholds for the chemicals, an evaluation must be done and the reason or not submitting the report must be documented.

Last year the Federal EPA audited facilities that did not submit a Form R and requested documentation to show they did not submit a Form R.

It’s all about the paperwork.

*Form R is due on or before July 1, 2023 to both the State and Federal government.
