About Roundtables: Established in 1972, the California Metals Coalition (CMC) is a statewide trade association with hundreds of members representing nearly all sectors of California’s metalworking industry. CMC meets regionally every quarter to exchange information on the most important issues currently impacting California’s metal businesses. CMC is excited to co-host the March 19th event with MFASC.

SPECIAL TOUR: UC Irvine’s Advanced Casting Research Center (ACRC) is the largest industry university consortia in North America dedicated to collaborative research in metal processing and digital manufacturing. Attendees will tour the multi-million facility, learn about its capabilities, and hear from Dr. Diran Apelian, ACRC’s founding director and Distinguished Professor in the UCI Department of Materials Science and Engineering.
