This update is ideal for supervisors and/or anyone with safety and health responsibilities. The
latest CAL/OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and
health principles will be reviewed. Special emphasis will be placed on Injury & Illness
Prevention Programs. Workers Comp Insurance Company’s are now required by law to review
your Company’s Injury & Illness Prevention Program.

DTSC has opted into the Federal RCRA Info Biennial Report System for the 2019 cycle.
This Continuing Education Seminar will review the requirements of the 2019 Biennial Report and the steps necessary to file the Biennial Report with the Federal EPA

2019 HAZARDOUS WASTE REPORT
a.k.a. BIENNIAL REPORT
DUE MARCH 1, 2020

 

You are required by Federal and State statute to complete and file the 2019 Hazardous Waste Report (also known as the “Biennial Report”) if your site:
– Met the definition of a RCRA Large Quantity Generator during 2019;
and/or
– Treated, Stored, or Disposed of RCRA hazardous waste on site during 2019.
– What’s New: Consolidated Management Methods Codes, Revised Waste Minimization Codes, Revised
Language for Source Code Descriptions and Revised NAICS Codes.

The 2019 Biennial report is to be filed no later than March 1, 2020 with the Federal EPA.
– Even if you don’t need to file, your CUPA Inspector will ask you for proof.
