The Metal Finishing Conference brings together suppliers to the metal finishing industry and key decision makers from metal finishing companies looking for innovative products and services for the challenges they face from customers and regulators. Suppliers will be provided four full hours to exhibit their products and services. These shows are the most cost effective way to reach all your metal finishing customers and potential customers in one evening.

EXHIBITING GUIDELINES:
Exhibit Set-Up is from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM on the day of each show. Exhibit Locations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Show organizers reserve the right to reassign table locations as necessary.

SHIPPING: Equipment, materials, or any other items that you are unable to bring with you the day of the show can be shipped ONLY to the Quiet Cannon or Napredak Hall as listed below. You are responsible for labeling all your items clearly and correctly. If your items need to be shipped back, you need to make all necessary arrangements. The Quiet Cannon or Napredak Hall is not responsible for shipping your items.

DISPLAYS: All exhibit displays larger than 3 ft. high need to be around the perimeter of the room. If your display is larger than 3’Hx4’W please advise, check the appropriate box on the registration form; MFASC/MFANC will place you at one of the perimeter table tops. Please remember this is a table top show.
MEMBERSHIP:Â MFASC Contributing Sponsor members and/or MFANC members pay lower exhibit fees. If you would like to apply for membership and take advantage of the lower fee and all other membership benefits, call Bryan Leiker at (818) 207-1021.
CANCELLATION:Â Exhibit registrations may be cancelled prior to August 1, 2022. Cancellations made after August 1, 2022, will be assessed a $350 cancellation fee.
